The key is to start slow or you may end up doing nothing. Trick yourself if you have to by commiting to 5 minutes a day of some form of exercise. Generally you will feel so great that you wont want to stop.

The total Gym is a great way to loosen up muscles and body p[arts that haven’t been worked in a while. It is true that it allows for a range of motions and uses your bodyweight. It’s a fun piece of exercise equipment that I have used off and on for years.
