The key is to start slow or you may end up doing nothing. Trick yourself if you have to by commiting to 5 minutes a day of some form of exercise. Generally you will feel so great that you wont want to stop.

Simple ways to get started working out and exercising:

  1. Start with 5 minutes a day
  2. Try Yoga as an exercise as stretching alone can be painful if you haven't worked out in a while.
  3. Work up to the point where you do at least 20 minutes sessions at least once a week. You do need to sweat and get your levels up to a certain point to get the largest benefit from exercise.
